Mutton Chops Curry


Ingredients
Mutton chops    :    1 kilo
Curd    :    2 cups
Milk    :    ½ cup
Ghee    :    3 tsp    
Saunf    :    ½ tsp    
Poppy seeds    :    1 tsp
Peppercorns    :    ½ tsp
Salt    :    as needed
Coriander leaves    :    a handful
Cinnamon    :    2 small pieces
Cashew    :    14
Clove    :    6
Cardamom    :    6

Masala
Onion ( big )    :    3    
Dry red chilli    :    6
Garlic    :    8
Turmeric powder    :    ¼ tsp
Salt    :    ½ tsp
Ginger    :    ½ inch piece   

Method
Grind masala items to a paste.
Grind poppy seeds with cashew and milk to a paste.
Heat ghee in a frying pan.
Add saunf, peppercorn, cinnamon, clove, cardamom and fry.
Add mutton chops, ground masala paste and fry for 5 minutes.
Add beaten curd, salt and boil well.
When the chops are cooked, add cashew paste and boil on a low flame.
When the ghee floats above the contents, sprinkle coriander leaves.
