Meen Peera


Ingredients

Anchovies - 1/2 cup
Grated Ginger 1/4 tbsp
Garlic - 1/4 tbsp
Grated Coconut - 1/2 cup
Green Chilli - 1
Tamarind Extract
Chopped Shallots - 2
Turmeric Powder - a pinch
Coconut oil 
Salt
Curry Leaves

   
Methods:

1.If you are using kokum,soak it in water for 10 mins.
2.Without adding water grind garlic,ginger,green chillies,shallots.
3.Take a pan heat the oil add the crushed coconut,turmeric powder,kudampuli,anchovies,curry leaves and salt.
4.Cover and cook in low flame for few mins.
5.To avoid sticking at the bottom stir it continuosly.
